Important Reminders:

  • All Dogs must be dropped off 30 minutes before closing for associating purposes.
  • For the comfort of your pet, we recommend a day of doggie daycare or taking a tour for all new customers giving you a chance to view the facility and us to meet your pups.
  • Have an emergency contact set up for every visit.
  • Please bring in any recent vaccination forms we may not have on file.

Cancellation and Early Pickup Policy

All cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the stay or you may be subject to paying for a percentage of the stay whether we are able to fill the kennel or not.

 We need to be notified of any early pickups 24 hours before the new pickup time or you may be subjected to paying a percentage of the remainder of the stay whether we are able to fill the kennel or not.
